Stefanié B. Lomax is the Director of Human Resources with Rolyn. Over the last 16 years, she has worked across a variety of industries in HR including healthcare, real estate services and IT government contracting. At Rolyn, Stefanié is responsible for the daily oversight, administration and management of all HR functions, including benefits, compensation, training/employee development, employee relations and recruiting. In addition, she develops, implements and interprets policies and procedures related to all HR functions for the company. Stefanié holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland University College (UMUC), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She also holds a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources. She is also a pro bono consultant at Taproot Foundation and an Assistant Adjunct Professor at UMUC.

Rolyn provides full service property damage disaster recovery/restoration and reconstruction to commercial property owners and managers. From large disasters such as fires, hurricanes and floods, to everyday pipe breaks, sewage cleanups and sprinkler mishaps, Rolyn works to reduce damage and restore the building minimizing downtime and costs.
